Shipping, returns & complaints

We do our best to provide you with high quality and sustainable clothing. We are always happy to receive feedback and suggestions for improvement of our products.


Going the most sustainable path also means going the rocky path with many limitations. Sustainability also means being there for you after the sale of our product. If something breaks, get in touch with us. We find a way! 


We ship with DHL, Hermes and DPD. The shipping costs vary depending on the recipient country. The respective shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart during the ordering process.

For ecological and economic reasons, we collect orders and send them together 2-3 times a week. Sometimes we only ship your package 2 days after ordering. Overall, you shouldn't have to wait longer than 3-7 days for your order.


Of course you can also send your orders back if they don't fit you, you don't like them or for other reasons. We do not provide free return labels. As a small, independent label with small quantities, we cannot afford it financially. So you bear the costs of the return. We therefore recommend that you inform yourself about our sizes so that you can order the products that fit.

As soon as we have received the return, we will refund the purchase price using the payment method you used.


If the goods arrive faulty or damaged, for whatever reason, you can of course send them back free of charge. To do this, send us an email, preferably with 1-2 photos of the defective products, to: We will then email you a return label. As soon as we have received the goods complained about, we will refund you the purchase price using the payment method you used.
